This is a photo serie of a my exhibition ended, now the prints are for sale. Every print is 80 x 54cm and is made on a paper that simulates the iconic Kodak Endura, fixed on a betafix panel.  Every print include the number of the serie, a signature, the description and a bookmark I've made for this exposition.

 

She was sitting on a bench in a park in Kilis (the last Turkish city before Syria) with her father, I went close to her in order to take a photo but I was a bit afraid because I thought she wouldn’t a photo (like a lot of Arabic ladies), but instead she looked at me with my camera and she let me understood that I could taken her the picture, so I did. Without a word, with a magic light penetrating from the trees. After it (I’ve made the photo) she thanked me with a gesture and she explained to me why she was there, in the park,with her father: once time she lived in Aleppo but her mother died inside their house during a bombing that destroyed their house, so she and her father fled away from Syria
